As the holiday season is coming to Port Chester, The Port Light recently put out a poll to see what the student body was doing to celebrate the holidays, here are the top results.
It seems that Italy is one of the hottest vacation destination this holiday season, as it makes up more than half of our Ramily’s vacation plans. For anyone not going abroad, Florida was the most popular destination with New York City being right behind it. Some individuals in our Ramily have chosen to use this time off not only to enjoy the holidays but to also keep working. A number of the student body are planning on focusing on either homework or their jobs. It’s also important to note that some students have chosen to use this time to do something a lot of people wish they could do more often, set up a normal sleep schedule. The Christmas spirit is not lost here in PCHS as an overwhelming majority of students plan to spend their holidays with friends and family, some family members even visiting from out of state.
