Most weddings are very expensive to start with. While obviously there are more extravagant weddings, the average wedding costs about $30,000. However, for a Texas couple, this number must have seemed like child’s play as they spent $59 million dollars on a five day wedding experience in Paris. This included a rehearsal dinner at the Paris Opera House, a performance by Maroon 5, and finally the ceremony at the Palace of Versailles.
While this was definitely a fairytale wedding for the couple, their happily ever after did not last long. Now, back in Texas Jacob LeGrone (Groom) is facing charges for a shooting incident that occurred back in March. In this shooting, LeGrone shot a cop and was in possession of a deadly firearm. With these charges, he is threatened with life in prison and could potentially never live a life with his bride.
The final outcome of these newlyweds is not clear, but it is definitely not the way they wanted to honeymoon. Since LeGrone’s trial is still ongoing, there are many things which the couple are going to have to figure out. This is definitely not the first challenge that the couple wanted to go through, but they do not have any other options. Once the trial is completed I am sure that the wife will resume to her public figure on social media to talk about what has happened. However, for now this is all the information which has been given at the time.
